In the traditional settlement of Artemona, in the area of St. Luke by the cobblestone path, overlooking Aegean Archipelago, architect Amalia Symeonidou created a modular home, sitting in full harmony with the landscape.

The home's traditional architecture utilizes new and innovative materials, that respect the environment, to support a modern lifestyle in a traditional setting. The shape of the house is like the Greek Pi (Π), creating a sense of the old neighborhood. A large perimetric courtyard cradles the home as the Greek summer is long and guest privacy should be afforded when desired.

Its decoration was made with a minimalist aesthetic using few colors to highlight the prevalent whiteness of the island and the deep blueness of the sea and sky. The result reflects and exudes the calm and sweet atmosphere needed in a vacation home.

The interior of the house is 200sqm (2153 Square foot) and consists of a guest house and a main building of a connected space which includes bedrooms, bathroom, WC, storage room, and a lounge area with a modern kitchen SUPER fully equipped:

Professional knives and all the apparatus needed for cooking. Two refrigerators, one with deep freezer, one wine cooler refrigerator, Nespresso® machine, creamer, filter coffee machine, cast iron Japanese teapots, kettle, Kitchenaid® mixer and food processor, water cooler, a drawer full of spices, a laundry machine, dishwasher machine (with the detergent provided) are among the equipment and amenities provided.

Three (two in the main house and one in the guest house) bedrooms, two bathrooms and one WC, all with amenities from APIVITA®. All rooms have access to the main common areas, as well as to the courtyard space and gardens (both in front and back). 

The guest house is equipped with a small refrigerator, a Nespresso® machine, sugar, cups & mugs and lots more. Storage space and closet, providing peace of mind of a clean and tidy space. Lovely open bathroom space with a large stone wash basin (150cm) with two mixers/faucets. A builded shower enclosure with ceiling mounted shower system and a handshower unit, with amenities from APIVITA.

On the roof of the villa one can relax - an absolute delight ... sunbathing with views over the Aegean Sea or stargazing on cool nights.
